Munich, 29 May 2013 – At the Annual General Meeting of Linde AG held today, the shareholder representatives were elected in rotation for the new Supervisory Board. At the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board held immediately after the AGM, the members of the new Supervisory Board confirmed Dr Manfred Schneider as their Chairman. Dr Schneider has been a member of Linde AG's Supervisory Board since 29 May 2001 and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 27 May 2003.
Franz Fehrenbach was elected as a new shareholder representative on the Supervisory Board. Matthew F. C. Miau, Taiwan, retired from the Linde AG Supervisory Board.
